[He starts to speak but he stops when two people come up to Elliot. It's obvious he's a regular at this bar now and though he just grins at the girl's greeting, the man startles him enough that he's just left staring. He jerks himself out of his stupor though and focuses again.]

What? Oh. I mean why Fiyero? [Not the point, Ryan.] I guess it's just because I can relate to him more than most people. Dancing, wanting to be famous, being tied by expectations and being held down by certain people? It's sort of my life story. That and I could never be Tracy Turnblad.
